 1. Do not install the inverter on equipment with vibration, because the main circuit connection screw inside the inverter is easy to loose, and many inverters are damaged for this reason.

 2. Wiring problem: It is better to connect the air to the input end of the inverter to protect the current. The value should not be too large to prevent the burnout from being too serious when a short circuit occurs. The "N" terminal must not be grounded. The control line should not be too long. Because the control board is easily disturbed by electromagnetic waves, the control board is damaged, and the shielded wire is preferably used over 2 meters long. Do not install a contactor with a large current and frequent operation next to the inverter, because it interferes very much with the inverter, and often causes the inverter to malfunction (display various faults).   

 3. It is best not to rely on the inverter itself to brake, but to add a brake unit or use a mechanical brake. Otherwise, the inverter will often be affected by the motor back EMF, and the failure rate will be greatly improved.  

 4. If the inverter is running at a low speed of 15 Hz or less, the motor must be equipped with a cooling fan!   

 5. Dust and moisture are the most deadly killers of the inverter. It is best to install the inverter in an air-conditioned room or in an electric cabinet with a dust net. It is necessary to clean the dust on the circuit board and the radiator regularly. It is best to use a hair dryer before the inverter is powered off for a period of time. Blow the board.   

 6. When the cooling fan is broken, it will emit overheat protection. When the fan has a sound, it should be replaced.    

 7. Some factory power supply is generator power generation, the voltage is unstable, the frequency converter is often damaged, and the generator is equipped with voltage regulator or overvoltage protection device, and the effect is very good.    

   8. Lightning protection is also very important. Although it rarely happens, when the inverter is struck by lightning, it will be badly damaged. The inverter of constant pressure water supply is most vulnerable to lightning strikes because it has a mine-leading water pipe that extends into the sky. 

   9. In order to prevent electromagnetic interference, the input, output and control lines of the inverter should be shielded. The shielding method should not be wrong. Otherwise, the effect is reversed. It is possible to re-use the iron tube to install the filter and lower the carrier. frequency. We have found that if the switching tube of the inverter switching power supply is a FET (such as the K series), the interference will be larger.

    10. When the inverter is broken, do not give it to someone who has no maintenance experience to repair it! Otherwise it may be worse and worse! Sometimes it melts quickly, so be sure to check if there is any problem. Some electricians have no experience, and immediately install a good fast-melting (must not replace it with copper wire). As a result, the inverter burns more. In our experience, if the fuse is fast, the module is mostly problematic, but the module is not fast and the fuse is not determined. Many inverter power modules and rectifier modules are interchangeable.
